As a company, we provide access to continuous learning and self-development training programmes, promoting lifelong learning.
Our lean business practices result in extremely minimal food waste. We have a commitment to low impact on the environment, which forms part of our overall waste reduction strategy. We work with local service providers to ensure any waste is recycled and forms part of an alternate production cycle, for example, into products for non-human consumption.
Our fishermen use best practice health and safety processes on all their commercial fishing vessels, with their well trained crews.
We support our fishermen and families to understand and tackle the issue of staying safe at sea.
Quality underpins everything we do. We can proudly guarantee the freshness of every fish we catch and deliver to you.
