Due to seasonal availability, quantities are subject to change without notice.
The Monkfish is also known as the anglerfish and is commonly found in coastal waters around Ireland. Until recent times Monkfish was considered a nuisance fish with no value, it is now considered to be one of the higher value varieties of Irish seafood.  The Monkfish has a mild flavour with a medium to firm texture and is high in moisture content.
