As a Kingfisher Fresh customer you can expect 100% fresh, wild, Irish seafood caught by family fishing vessels from our coastal waters. The only thing we add is ice.
We only partner with the best fishermen and processors. We know how your fish is caught, where it’s caught from and who by. We have made an investment in using technology to ensure full traceability of each and every fish.
We have 15 vessels landing to us, we service our local markets as well as exporting to France, Spain, Belgium, UK and Scotland.
We work in partnership with a core group of small-medium sized Irish fishing vessels. This allows us to trace our responsibly sourced seafood. We know where every fish comes from.
