The Foley’s are a true generational Irish fishing family who have a history at sea. Brothers Des and Ger Foley, Sr lead the family fishing operation. Ger, Sr skippers the MFV Mellifont while sons Gerard and Joe skipper the MFV Jeddie and MFV Lady Emma, all of which land in Duncannon. Des and daughter Amy, run the shore operation for MFV Alma Amy, while sons Alan and Leigh skipper the boat, which lands in Dunmore East. 

The family are phenomenal fishermen, a tough and hardy crew, and have been with Kingfisher Fresh from the very beginning. Their skills have been passed down through the generations. They engage in fishing for litter initiatives and sustainable fishing practices and have grown to become a vital part of the Kingfisher Fresh family.
